For each of seven stack categories, tell it where you actually stand today. It ranks the categories flagged 'needed' or 'outgrown' by urgency, so you get a prioritized adoption order instead of a generic vendor list.
Priority weighting: 'needed, not in place' ranks highest, 'in place but outgrown/causing friction' ranks second, and 'in place and working well' or 'not needed yet' are excluded from the priority list entirely.
