Repricer ROI Calculator
Find the sales lift a repricing tool actually needs to produce before it's worth its subscription — using your own unit volume and margin, not a made-up average win-rate boost.

How this is calculated
This is a break-even calculator, not a sales forecast. No tool outside your own store can tell you how much extra Buy Box share or sales volume a repricer will win you — that depends on your category's competition, how many rivals already reprice, and the floor and ceiling you set. So instead of quoting a blanket 'typical lift' figure (no honest one exists), this tool takes your own lift estimate and shows you the break-even lift the subscription needs to clear before it's a net gain, so you can judge your estimate against a real number instead of a guess.
Break-even lift = subscription cost ÷ (profit per unit × current monthly units), expressed as a percentage increase over your current volume. Below that lift, the subscription costs more than it returns; above it, it's a net gain. At your assumed lift, extra units = current units × assumed lift%, extra profit = extra units × profit per unit, and net return = extra profit − subscription cost. The subscription-cost field is yours to fill in with your actual plan, not a default — as of this review, BQool's Repricing Central runs $25-$300/month across its Basic through AI Enterprise tiers, and Repricer.com's plans run $99-$499/month across Core through Premium (see the named-tool comparison for details); enter what your own invoice shows. This tool has no opinion on what lift a repricer will actually produce — only a trial run against your own listings can answer that — it just tells you the bar that trial needs to clear.
