How this is calculated
Starts from the Fee Calculator's logic and adds two variables most sellers forget to model: advertising spend (as a % of sale price, i.e. your ACOS) and the amortized cost of returns (return rate × the cost you don't get back on a returned unit).
Return cost is approximated as (return rate %) × (COGS + fulfillment fee) — a simplification that assumes a returned unit's product and fulfillment cost is not recovered. Refine this for your own restocking/refurbishment reality.
